Returns and Refunds

Prinfab is committed to providing the best possible experience and service to all our customers. Our returns and refunds policy explains in detail what we can do once an order has been placed.

  • An order can be cancelled if it has not been despatched
  • Notify us within 30 days if you have not received all or part of your order
  • Notify us within 30 days if any item is incorrect, faulty or damaged
  • Unwanted made to order items cannot be returned or refunded
  • Unwanted stock items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item for a refund
  • Refunds are made using the original payment method

Order Cancellation

Please contact our customer service team at the earliest opportunity to cancel your order. Note that we are unable to cancel your order if it has already been despatched.

Non Delivery

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days if you have not received all or part of your order. Note that we will be unable to pursue your claim if you do not notify us within 30 days of placing your order.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt if any item is incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. Note you may be required to return the goods, the cost of which will be refunded to you.

Unwanted Goods

Items labelled "made-to-order" on our website are made specifically for a customer which means we are unable to restock and resell the item. For this reason we are unable to accept returns of unwanted made-to-order items. All other items are stock items and can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Note that items must be unused and in a saleable condition. To return stock items, please contact our customer service team who will issue an authorisation number and instruction. Returns received without an authorisation number will not be processed and the cost of returning unwanted items is at your own expense.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the payment method used to place the original order. We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days, but you should allow up to 5 working days for the funds to clear.
