Despatch

To receive your order before Christmas, please review our recommended Christmas 2024 last ordering dates.

All items are made to order. We aim to ship your order as fast as possible:

• Stock items same working day if ordered by 2pm, or by next working day otherwise
• 3 Day turnaround on custom fabric
• 1 Day turnaround on rush orders

The quoted delivery times apply for all orders placed before midnight. The time to process your order may increase over a certain quantity. This is automatically calculated and shown at the time of order.

The best way to get a delivery estimate for your fabric is to add the required quantity you wish to order to your cart. A despatch estimate will be presented to you on the product, cart and checkout pages before placing your order.

An email will be sent to you to let you know once your order has been despatched. If we are unable to despatch your order within the date shown, a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise.

Shipping Method

Your order will be sent using a tracked service from Royal Mail, DHL or UPS. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be delivered a local company for the last part of its journey. An estimated date of delivery will be provided when placing your order. Please note this is an estimate only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and weight of your order. The best way to get a shipping quote is to add the required fabric to your cart.

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs charges which you will be required to pay prior to your order being released. The customs authorities in the country of destination determine whether charges are due on imported goods and the thresholds applicable vary in each country.

Please note that orders shipped to the EU may be charged import duty and an administration fee by the courier. This is payable on receipt and non-refundable. For further information, please contact us.

Roll Delivery

For orders over 1m in length, we can send your fabric out on a roll.

Orders placed using this shipping method will be sent unfolded on a single roll or multiple rolls. We cannot guarantee it will be a sent as a single piece of fabric. If you have specific requirements as to how the fabric is sent, please get in touch.

For orders over a certain length, the only option available may be roll delivery.
