Despatch

All fabric is made to order and we aim to despatch your order promptly. A despatch estimate will be presented to you on the product, cart and checkout pages before placing your order. An email will be sent to you to let you know once your order has been despatched. If we are unable to despatch your order within the date shown, a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise.

Shipping Method

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail, DHL Express, Parcelforce, TNT or DPD. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be delivered a local company for the last part of its journey.

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and weight of your order. Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs charges and fees, dependent on the contents and value, which you will be required to pay prior to your order being released. The customs authorities in the country of destination determine whether charges are due on imported goods and the thresholds applicable vary in each country.

Roll Delivery

Normally, orders are sent folded and placed in poly mailer bags. There is the option for orders over 1m in length to have your fabric sent out on a roll instead. Orders placed using this shipping method will be sent unfolded on a single roll or several rolls, and as single or multiple pieces. If you have specific requirements as to how the fabric is sent, please get in touch.

For orders over a certain length, the only option available may be roll delivery. The cost of roll delivery is calculated at the checkout based on the meterage, weight and fabric. If you would like a quote, you can add the relevant amount of fabric to your basket for an instant quote.
