Once trained, you will progress to become a print technician.
The right candidate will show natural ability to work with complex machines and software. Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team is essential. This is an active role and you will need to bend, pull, push, lift, balance, twist, stand, sit and climb stairs during the shift.
Knowledge or experience in the print industry is desirable but not required as full training will be provided.

Web Systems Developer

You will collaborate with the team to build cutting edge software products from scratch using the technology you feel is the most appropriate for the task.
Your role will be varied, and you will need to manage your time effectively while working on projects with a diverse team of experts. Your work will power the brand’s sales and fulfilment, and help to expand the existing capabilities of the company. You will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of existing core software.
The job occasionally involves moving from digital to physical and working alongside the print team. As our product is manufactured on demand using bespoke systems, truly understanding the flow from when a customer places an order on the website, to when it is printed and despatched is essential.
You will also have the opportunity to engage with an exciting team at the forefront of textile printing in the UK, with plenty of scope for professional development, experimentation and exploration.
As a Web Systems Developer your role will include:
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our core products
- API design and development
- Use your programming skills to explore and solve unique problems related to image handling and printing workflows
- Integrate our core offering with existing services, e.g. advertising, analytics, e-commerce
Knowledge, experience and skills required:
- Proficiency in object oriented programming
- Proficiency with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with GIT version control software
- Good communicator
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Driven, with the ability to complete projects under minimal supervision
Desirable skills include:
- Programming experience related to graphics and image processing
- Experience with the print industry
- Commercial development experience
- Familiarity with Magento e-commerce 1.9 & 2+
- Familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Symfony & Laravel
- Familiarity with other languages such as Node, Python, C++, etc
